The health science instructors at the Brooklyn Center campus of Globe University/Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB) include massage therapists, veterinarians, medical assistants and fitness specialists. They teach in health sciences programs such as veterinary technology, massage therapy and medical assistant. Stephanie Petersen, NCTM, Massage Program Coordinator, Brooklyn Center

Stephanie has been with Globe University/Minnesota School of Business since January 2006. She completed her massage diploma in 1999 and received her Bachelor of Science in Communications in 2001. She teaches at both our Plymouth and Brooklyn Center campuses.

She has been employed in a spa, large massage centers, and as a chair massage provider. She currently maintains her own business, provides chair massage and teaches at GU/MSB-Brooklyn Center and Plymouth.

Stephanie has taught continuing education in Reiki and Therapeutic Touch. She is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

The Brooklyn Center campus of Globe University/Minnesota School of Business is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees, Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degrees and diplomas.

Globe University/ Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB) in Brooklyn Center is one of 13 locations that are also part of the Globe Education Network. Other members include Utah Career College, Institute of Production and Recording (Edina, MN), Minnesota School of Cosmetology, and the Duluth Business University. Globe Education Network provides academic and operational support and manages shared resources that benefit students. Through approved consortium agreements, students are able to earn credit for coursework from member schools.

The Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, campus of Globe University/Minnesota School of Business offers day, evening and online classes to students from communities such as Brooklyn Park, Robbinsdale, North Minneapolis, Crystal, Roseville, St. Anthony, Spring Lake Park, New Brighton, Champlin, Columbia Heights, Fridley, Osseo, Arden Hills and Maple Grove.
