Our online library includes thousands of articles, many academic and specialty databases, reference works, technical publications and e-books. We also provide online library instruction as well as an online librarian available to answer your questions via phone, text, e-mail and chat. We supply online tutorials so you can learn how to use these valuable tools without coming to a bricks and mortar library.
IM, chat and e-mail facilitate communication between faculty and students. Instructors have online office hours. They assign projects that require students to collaborate using e-mail. They require online discussions. If students need help familiarizing themselves with these online communication tools, they can complete online tutorials that will bring them up to speed.
We also provide tutorials in basic computer operations and MS Office™ so that students do not spend precious time struggling with new applications. We are here to help students learn. Knowing how to use the software gives students more time to focus on their courses.
