  • Interviewing clients and witnesses
  • Conducting research
  • Hiring investigators
  • Drafting legal documents

Programs and opportunities

At the Brooklyn Center campus of Globe University/Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB), we offer bachelor’s and associate degrees and a post-graduate certificate in paralegal. The career outlook for paralegals is bright and jobs are projected to grow by 22% by 2016 (according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics).  The best opportunities will be for paralegals with formal training and experience.  The BS and AAS paralegal degree programs include internships, providing students with on-the-job experience that makes them valuable to employers.  Graduates are able to contribute to their organizations from the beginning of their careers.

Paralegal degrees available online

GU/MSB-Brooklyn Center offers both the associate and bachelor’s degrees and the certificate online through our Online Division.  Students are able to complete their degrees at the time and place of their choosing.  This makes it possible for students with jobs, families, and unpredictable schedules to finish college. We have developed a support system for online learners that includes IM, chat, e-mail and a well-staffed Help Desk. Students are able to interact with their classmates and obtain assistance from instructors.  To learn more about our online paralegal degrees, contact us toll-free at 877-609-8889.
