AAS in criminal justice available online
Our AAS degree in criminal justice is offered through the internet by our Online Division. Students are able to earn this two-year degree wherever they are and whenever their schedules permit. GU/MSB provides online students with a high level of support that includes a Help Desk staffed at least 90 hours per week, IM, chat and e-mail, and frequent contact with instructors and fellow students. Flexible scheduling options for busy students
An associate degree in criminal justice can be completed in as little as 18 months of full-time study. Because many students are unable to attend college full-time because of jobs and family commitments, GU/MSB offers part-time, evening and weekend classes. Students can also take some classes through our Online Division and others at our Brooklyn Center campus. They can even complete some requirements at one of our other 11 campuses when a desired class is not offered at Brooklyn Center. There are many ways to finish a criminal justice degree.
Careers for criminal justice graduates
Graduates of our associate degree program are prepared for positions such as the following:

Courses in the two-year criminal justice degree program
Students complete classes in investigation, security, corrections, behavioral science, legal terminology and research criminal law, constitutional issues and American legal systems. They also take business classes and general education classes which improve critical communication and analysis skills. They are eligible to take firearms training. The program requires students to complete 91 credits.
